Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center environment is essential.
  • Fully bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) in English and Spanish
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls and leads effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with lead generation and sales processes is a plus.
