How to get reefer Loads in Texas — McAllen, Laredo & Brownsville

Cargobot is a freight technology platform that connects shippers with qualified carriers across the United States. For carriers with 53-foot refrigerated equipment operating in South Texas, that means direct access to loads from verified shippers — without the noise of a traditional load board. If you run reefer capacity in McAllen, Laredo, or Brownsville, here's exactly how working with us works.

Direct Freight. No Load Board Noise.

Most carriers running reefer lanes in South Texas spend hours on load boards competing for the same freight. Cargobot works differently. Shippers bring their freight to us, and we match it to carriers who have the right equipment in the right place. When you register your capacity with Cargobot, you're not bidding against dozens of other carriers — you're telling us what you have available so we can bring loads directly to you.

That's particularly valuable in South Texas, where lane consistency matters. Carriers who work with us in McAllen, Laredo, and Brownsville tend to build recurring volume over time rather than chasing one-off loads every week.

      How It works

Step 1 — Register your capacity

Tell us your equipment type, your primary operating zones in South Texas, and whether you're a dispatcher, owner operator, or fleet carrier. This gives our team the information we need to match you with the right loads.

Step 2 — We match you with available freight

When a shipper has refrigerated freight moving through McAllen, Laredo, or Brownsville that fits your 53' reefer, our operations team reaches out directly. You'll get clear details on origin, destination, and pickup window before you commit to anything.

      3. Move freight, build the relationship

Carriers who consistently cover lanes in South Texas become a priority contact when new loads come in. The goal isn't a single transaction — it's a working relationship that keeps your equipment moving.

      Requirements to Haul with Cargobot

We work with carriers who have active MC authority, valid insurance, and 53-foot refrigerated equipment in good standing. Dispatchers need to represent carriers who meet the same standards. There's no complex onboarding — if your documentation is in order and you have reefer capacity in South Texas, the process is fast.

      Ready to Register?

Submit your capacity details below. Our team will review your information and reach out when we have refrigerated freight available in your lanes.
